Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Nigeria, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada.

How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Nigeria: 1–14 working days depending on selected courier and delivery zone.

USA: 7–10 working days.

UK: 7–17 working days depending on selected courier.

Canada: 7–12 working days depending on selected courier.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery option. Multiple courier options are available so you can choose what works best for you.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes?

International orders (USA, UK, Canada) may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Uyai Hair has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you have concerns.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

I entered the wrong address. What do I do?

Email us at hello@uyaihair.com immediately with your order number in the subject line. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to update it. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we are not liable for the loss. No refund will be issued in this case. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

My order never arrived / I think my package is lost.

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at hello@uyaihair.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the courier on your behalf. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

I received the wrong item.

We’re sorry about that — that’s on us. Email hello@uyaihair.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We’ll ship the correct item to you. You don’t need to return the wrong one.

My order was held or refused by customs.

If your order is refused by customs and returned to us, we will refund the product cost only. Shipping charges and any duties or taxes incurred are non-refundable.
