Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of our products; sealed hair and scalp formulations, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been opened or the seal has been broken. This applies to all Uyai Hair products.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
We’re sorry if this happens. Please contact us at hello@uyaihair.com within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Include your order number in the subject line, a brief description of the issue, and clear photo/video documentation. We’ll review your request and respond within 48 hours with a resolution — which may be a replacement or refund, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
You do not need to return the item.
Are shipping charges refundable?
Shipping charges are non-refundable. For international orders, duties and taxes are also non-refundable.
How long does a refund take?
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear. Please contact your bank or card provider if you haven’t seen it after that window.
